You may be seeing a suspicious looking person wondering around Sunfish Lake.  Don't be alarmed.  This is Ethan Kurak.  He was hired by Dakota County Environmental Resources Department to look for wells.  He will drive a county vehicle, carry a county ID, and wear some county branded clothing or a yellow vest.  His job is to identify well locations for Dakota County.  He is replacing Emily Blackburn on this project.
