Chair Wu informed the Commission and the public that because it is a legal holiday no formal action will be taken this evening.  The public hearings will be held, and the commission may have discussion, and any comments will be forwarded to the City Council.

 Applications for 6 Windy Hill Court and 2 Sunfish Lane:  Planner Johnson presented her report on the two applications.  There was general discussion by the Planning Commission and no concerns were identified.  Both applications will be on the City Council on July 8, 2025.
