1.            Call to Order

                Mayor O’Leary called the meeting to order. 

2.            Discussion on the Proposed Zoning and City Code Amendments

                Kori Land, City Attorney, presented the proposed zoning ordinance and city code amendments. 

                During discussions, the City Council recommended two changes to the proposed ordinances:

·         Animal Ordinance:  Would like to allow any farm animals as approved by the City Planner so it is not just chickens, horses and bees but other farm animals deemed similar.  Also, to include residents to sell the eggs.

·         Fee Ordinance:  Add dangerous dogs license and other related fees as adopted by West St. Paul fee schedule.

The proposed zoning ordinance and city code amendments will be considered at the regular meeting this evening. 

3.            Adjournment

                Mayor O’Leary adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
