1. Call to Order
Acting Mayor Hovey called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Agenda
Acting Mayor Hovey asked if there were any additions or corrections to the agenda.
Moved by Councilmember Hendrickson to adopt the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Nelson. Motion carried (4-0).
3. Consent Agenda
Moved by Councilmember Bulach to approve the consent agenda as follows, seconded by Councilmember Hendrickson. Motion carried (4-0).
a) Approve regular meeting minutes of February 10, 2026
b) List of Bills
c) Monthly Financial Statements
d) Building Inspection Report
e) City Forester Report
f) Public Safety Report
g) Engineer’s Report
h) Planner’s Report
Jim Nayes, City Forester, noted that Morgan’s Tree Service will be completing the trail clearance at Musser Park that was approved by the City Council late last year.

7. New Business
a. Agreement with Metro Bowhunters Resource Base, Inc.
Moved by Acting Mayor Hovey to approve the agreement with Metro Bowhunters Resource Base, Inc. for Deer Hunting Seasons in 2026-2028, seconded by Councilmember Nelson. Motion carried. (4-0).
b. Agreement with Executive Contractors, Inc. – Snow Removal
Moved by Councilmember Hendrickson to approve the agreement with Executive Contractors, Inc. for Snow Removal Services for a 3-year term which will expire April 30, 2029, seconded by Acting Mayor Hovey. Motion carried. (4-0)
8. Adjourn
Acting Mayor Hovey adjourned the meeting at 7:11 p.m.
