803. Cable Television

SECTION 803.01  Adoption by Reference:

The Sunfish Lake City Council hereby adopts by reference Ordinance No. 27, regarding the installation and maintenance of a cable television system, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.  Such ordinance is hereby incorporated in this Code as completely as if set out in full.

Note:  Ordinance No. 27 was amended by Ordinance No. 1991-01 which eliminated the requirement for geographic narrowcasting capability as part of the system design.  Ordinance No. 1991-01 is on file with the City Clerk.
